At Proditech, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below is our comprehensive return and refund policy tailored for purchases made in South Africa, Botswana, and Mozambique.

🧾 Refunds

We’ll refund the full amount paid, minus:

• Delivery costs already incurred.
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, EFT) and returned to the same account.

EFT refunds may require banking detail verification. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.

🛠️ Defective Products

If your product is materially defective, we’ll gladly replace or refund it within 3 months of purchase.

Please note:

• Items may be sent for technical evaluation before a refund or exchange is approved.
• Products cannot be returned if they’ve been misused, intentionally damaged, or not used according to the user manual.
  
  

📦 Catalogue Purchases

If you purchased goods via catalogue without the opportunity to inspect them, you may return them within 10 business days for a full refund—provided they’re in original condition.

🔄 Change of Mind

Changed your mind? You can return items within 10 business days if:

• They’re unused.
• They’re in original packaging.

💳 Refund Method

All refunds are processed using the original payment method:

• Credit card purchases → refunded to the same card.
• EFT purchases → refunded to the original bank account.

To ensure a secure and transparent process:

• We record your personal details and reason for return.
• This information is used to verify returns and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
